Percipio – Areas & Subjects

Mini Οδηγός / Quick Guide 

Βασικές Αρχές

1. Areas & Subjects εμφανίζονται στη βιβλιοθήκη μόνο αν περιέχουν δημοσιευμένο περιεχόμενο
2. Προτίμησε λίγα Areas με πολλά Subjects από πολλά ξεχωριστά Areas
3. Εικόνες γραφικών: 16x9 (π.χ. 1920x1080px), max 300KB, μορφή .jpg/.png/.gif

➕ Δημιουργία Custom Area

1. Πήγαινε στο Content → Areas & Subjects → επίλεξε + Add Area
2. Συμπλήρωσε τίτλο, περιγραφή και επίλεξε Menu Category (Skill Areas ή Custom - προτείνεται)
3. Προαιρετικά: πρόσθεσε εικόνα και επίλεξε γλώσσες με μεταφρασμένο τίτλο/περιγραφή
4. Επίλεξε Publish

✏️ Επεξεργασία / Διαγραφή Area

1. Πήγαινε στο Content → Areas & Subjects → βρες το Area → Edit
2. Τροποποίησε τίτλο, εικόνα ή γλώσσες → Publish
3. Για διαγραφή: πρώτα διέγραψε τα Subjects → Edit area → Delete this area → Delete

➕ Δημιουργία Custom Subject

1. Πήγαινε στο Content → Areas & Subjects → βρες το Area → επίλεξε «0 Subjects» → + Add Subject
2. Συμπλήρωσε τίτλο, περιγραφή, εικόνα και τυχόν γλώσσες
3. Προαιρετικά: ενεργοποίησε «Learners can select this subject as a skill» και πρόσθεσε channels/journeys
4. Επίλεξε Publish

✏️ Επεξεργασία / ?️ Διαγραφή Subject

1. Content → Areas & Subjects → επίλεξε Area → βρες Subject → Edit
2. Τροποποίησε ό,τι χρειάζεται → Publish
3. Για διαγραφή: αφαίρεσε πρώτα όλα τα custom channels → Edit subject → Delete this subject → Delete

Key Principles

1. Areas & Subjects only appear in the library when they contain published content
2. Prefer fewer Areas with multiple Subjects over many standalone Areas
3. Images: 16x9 ratio (e.g. 1920x1080px), max 300KB, .jpg/.png/.gif

➕ Create a Custom Area

1. Go to Content → Areas & Subjects → select + Add Area
2. Enter title, description and select Menu Category (Skill Areas or Custom)
3. Optionally: add an image and select languages with translated title/description
4. Select Publish

✏️ Edit / Delete an Area

1. Go to Content → Areas & Subjects → find the area → Edit
2. Modify title, image or languages → Publish
3. To delete: first delete all Subjects → Edit area → Delete this area → Delete

➕ Create a Custom Subject

1. Go to Content → Areas & Subjects → find the Area → select «0 Subjects» → + Add Subject
2. Enter title, description, image and any additional languages
3. Optionally: enable «Learners can select this subject as a skill» and add channels/journeys
4. Select Publish

✏️ Edit / Delete a Subject

1. Go to Content → Areas & Subjects → select Area → find Subject → Edit
2. Modify as needed → Publish
3. To delete: first remove all custom channels → Edit subject → Delete this subject → Delete
