Percipio – Content Promotions

Mini Οδηγός / Quick Guide 

── CONTENT STRIPS ──

➕ Δημιουργία Content Strip

1. Learning > Content Promotions → Create New Promotion → Content strip
2. Συμπλήρωσε: τίτλο, γλώσσα, Start date (και End date προαιρετικά)
3. Add content: επίλεξε 3–15 items → Add to promotion
4. Πρόσθεσε audiences (τουλάχιστον ένα)
5. Προαιρετικά: ρύθμισε promotional email
6. Επίλεξε Create Promotion

✏️ Επεξεργασία / Email Strip

1. Learning > Content Promotions → επίλεξε τον τίτλο του strip
2. Τροποποίησε ό,τι χρειάζεται (τίτλος, περιεχόμενο, audiences, ημερομηνίες)
3. Για email: ενεργοποίησε «Send promotional email» → Next, Notify users → ορίσε ημερομηνία & κείμενο → Update promotion and send email

⏸️ Pause / ▶️ Resume /  Delete /  End Strip

1. Pause: Actions > Pause promotion → Yes, pause
2. Resume: Actions > Resume promotion → Yes, resume
3. Delete: Actions > Delete promotion
4. End τώρα: επίλεξε τον τίτλο → End date = παρελθόν → Update Promotion

── BANNERS ──

➕ Δημιουργία Content Banner

1. Learning > Content Promotions → Create New Promotion → Banner promoting a channel or content item
2. Συμπλήρωσε: τίτλο, γλώσσα, Start/End date → Add content (1 item μόνο)
3. Προαιρετικά: Customize banner (χρώματα, κείμενο, κουμπί) → Done
4. Προαιρετικά: πρόσθεσε audiences και promotional email → Create Promotion

➕ Δημιουργία Image Banner

1. Create New Promotion → Custom image banner (για εξωτερικό link ή εικόνα)
2. Συμπλήρωσε: τίτλο, γλώσσα, ημερομηνίες → Upload εικόνα desktop (1280x260px, max ~300KB)
3. Προαιρετικά: εικόνα mobile, background color, Target URL, audiences → Create Promotion

✏️ Επεξεργασία / ⏸️ Pause /  Delete /  End Banner

1. Edit: BANNERS tab → επίλεξε τίτλο → τροποποίησε → Update promotion
2. Pause/Resume: BANNERS tab → Actions > Pause ή Resume promotion
3. Delete: BANNERS tab → Actions > Delete promotion
4. End τώρα: επίλεξε τίτλο → End date = παρελθόν → Update Promotion

2. Fill in: title, language, Start date (End date optional)
3. Add content: select 3–15 items → Add to promotion
4. Add audiences
5. Optionally: configure promotional email
6. Select Create Promotion

✏️ Edit /  Email a Strip

1. Learning > Content Promotions → select the strip title
2. Modify as needed (title, content, audiences, dates)
3. For email: enable «Send promotional email» → Next, Notify users → set date & text → Update promotion and send email

⏸️ Pause / ▶️ Resume /  Delete /  End a Strip

1. Pause: Actions > Pause promotion → Yes, pause
2. Resume: Actions > Resume promotion → Yes, resume
3. Delete: Actions > Delete promotion
4. End immediately: select title → set End date to a past date → Update Promotion

── BANNERS ──

➕ Create a Content Banner

1. Learning > Content Promotions → Create New Promotion → Banner promoting a channel or content item
2. Fill in: title, language, Start/End date → Add content (1 item only)
3. Optionally: Customize banner (colors, text, button) → Done
4. Optionally: add audiences and promotional email → Create Promotion

➕ Create an Image Banner

1. Create New Promotion → Custom image banner (for external link or custom image)
2. Fill in: title, language, dates → Upload desktop image (1280x260px, max ~300KB)
3. Optionally: mobile image, background color, Target URL, audiences → Create Promotion

✏️ Edit / ⏸️ Pause /  Delete /  End a Banner

1. Edit: BANNERS tab → select title → modify → Update promotion
2. Pause/Resume: BANNERS tab → Actions > Pause or Resume promotion
3. Delete: BANNERS tab → Actions > Delete promotion
4. End immediately: select title → set End date to a past date → Update Promotion
